Debit Card. You may use your debit card to purchase goods and services any place your debit card is honored by participating merchants. You agree that you will not use your debit card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state or local law. Funds to cover your debit card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the credit union will pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your debit card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) in automated teller machines of the Credit Union, CO-OP Network, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your debit card to: • Make deposits to your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings and accounts. • Transfer funds from your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Obtain balance information for your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Access your Transfer Line of Credit or other line of credit account. • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your debit card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. • Order goods or services by mail or telephone from places that accept Visa. • Pay bills directly by telephone from your checking or savings account in the amounts and on the days you request The following limitations on the frequency and amount of debit card transactions may apply: • There may be a limit on the number of debit card purchases you make per day. • You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. Debit Card. The Card is a debit card that allows you to have access to your specific account type (the “Account”) with us and perform electronic funds transfers. All the terms of the Account Agreement apply to the Card.
Debit Card. We will provide you with the terms of agreement regarding your use of a debit card with your Account in a separate document provided with your debit card that you can use to access your Account. You agree to those terms specified in that separate document when you use the debit card.
Debit Card. The Bank’s debit card allows you to withdraw cash, transfer funds between linked accounts and check account balances at an ATM. It also allows you to purchase goods and services at merchants that accepts debit cards. By opening or maintaining a consumer account at the Bank, you authorize the Bank to provide all eligible signatories on the account a separate debit card. For non- consumer accounts, by opening or maintaining a non-consumer or business account at the Bank, you authorize the Bank to provide you with one debit card. Business debit cards issued to non-consumer accounts (including business accounts and accounts for sole proprietors) are not covered under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act or Regulation E.
Debit Card. The Bank’s debit cards allow you to withdraw cash, transfer funds between accounts at the Bank, inquire about account balances on your accounts, and purchase goods and services at participating merchant locations that have a point-of-sale terminal that accepts debit cards. The Bank requires you to sign a separate agreement before using this service.
Debit Card payments and distributions of funds from this HSA may be made upon the direction of the Accountholder. Distributions from this HSA that are used exclusively to pay or reimburse qualified medical expenses of the Accountholder, his or her spouse, or dependents are tax free. However, distributions that are not used for qualified medical expenses are included in the Accountholder’s gross income and are subject to an additional twenty percent (20%) tax on that amount. The additional twenty percent (20%) tax does not apply if the distribution is made after the Accountholder’s death, disability, or reaching age sixty-five (65). The Custodian is not required to determine whether the distribution is for the payment or reimbursement of qualified medical expenses. Only the Accountholder is responsible for substantiating that the distribution is for qualified medical expenses and must maintain records sufficient to show, if required, that the distribution is tax free.

The following limitations on the frequency and amount of Debit Card transactions may apply:  Purchase amounts are limited to the amount in your account.  You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer.  See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.  There are daily withdrawal and purchase limits.
