DRIVERS LICENCE. Where it is a requirement of the position for an employee to hold a drivers licence, which requires a medical to be completed, the Employer shall pay the cost for the employee’s medical examination and any renewal cost for the licence conditional upon the employee submitting a receipt for the medical appointment and the renewal.

DRIVERS LICENCE. Where it is a requirement of the position for that an employee to hold holds a drivers licence, which requires a medical to be completed, the Employer shall pay the cost for the employee’s medical examination and any renewal cost for the licence conditional upon the employee submitting a receipt for from the medical appointment doctor. All employees shall provide the Employer with a copy of their current and up-to-date driver’s license and shall immediately inform the renewalEmployer of any charges or convictions that may effect their driving status or legal ability to operate motor vehicle.
