Common use of Domestic Violence Clause in Contracts

Domestic Violence. You must not inflict domestic violence, (domestic violence is any incident of threatening behaviour, violence or abuse between adults who are, or have been in a relationship together, or between family members, regardless of gender or sexuality) threaten violence or use mental, emotional or sexual abuse against your partner, ex-partner or another member of your family or household.
