Courses. 1.5.1. Courses during working hours If employees are required to attend courses organised jointly by the parties to this Agreement, then such courses shall be held during working hours and shall not result in any reduction of the employees’ wages. Such courses shall be aimed at increasing employees’ competence and professional knowledge. Employees may spend up to 4 daytime work hours each year attending industry-related courses without a cut in wages for daytime work, provided that at least half the course hours are attended on his own time. Time for course attendance shall be chosen taking into consideration the type of operation of the company.
