Cost of Insurance. The cost of all insurance required herein to be secured and maintained by Engineer shall be borne solely by Engineer, with certificates of insurance evidencing such minimum coverage in force to be filed with County. Such Certificates of Insurance are evidenced as Exhibit F herein entitled “Certificates of Insurance.”

Cost of Insurance. All insurance coverage shall be provided at Contractor’s sole expense.
Cost of Insurance. If, during the term of this Agreement, Provider’s cost of property and casualty insurance increases by twenty-five percent (25%) or more, or if new State regulations impose additional costs on Provider, Provider may request that DHS review this Agreement and adjust the compensation or reimbursement provisions hereof in accordance with any agreement reached, all of which shall be at the sole discretion of DHS and subject to the limitations of DHS’ appropriated funds.
Cost of Insurance. OC shall pay for the insurance costs resulting from the moving of furniture and other personal effects. The insurance costs shall not include home owner insurance or other insurance costs incurred by the employee when the moving has been completed.
Cost of Insurance. The Cost of Insurance for the Policy to which this rider is attached is modified to account for the Term Insurance Benefit under this agreement. The Cost of Insurance is determined separately for the initial Specified Amount and Term Insurance Benefit segments as well as for each additional segment created as the result of an increase in either Specified Amount or Term Insurance Benefit amount. The total Cost of Insurance for a policy month is calculated as the sum of (a) plus (b) where:
Cost of Insurance. The charge we make based on the amount of pure insurance protection using the current Cost of Insurance rates for this contract. It does not include the cost of any additional benefits provided by riders.
Cost of Insurance. The Cost of Insurance is determined on the Contract Date and on each Monthly Anniversary. It is equal to the Cost of Insurance Rate multiplied by the Risk Amount divided by 1,000.
Cost of Insurance. Any cost incurred by the Direct Servicer in maintaining any insurance required by this Section 5.7 as a Servicing Advance may be recovered by the Direct Servicer from the related Borrower to the extent provided under the terms of the related Mortgage Documents and the related Servicing Contract.
