Construction Meetings. Commencing on the first full week after the week in which Landlord commences vertical construction of the Project Improvements, and continuing each week thereafter until Substantial Completion, Landlord, Tenant, the Project Architect and a representative of the general contractor of the Project Improvements shall attend construction meetings at a mutually acceptable location during general business hours, for the purposes of discussing the progress of the Project Improvements in accordance with the construction schedule.

Construction Meetings. The Company’s representative shall attend monthly meetings held by the CDA Project Manager so that the progress of construction work can be monitored by the CDA Project Manager or its designee, provided that the failure to attend such meetings shall not be an Event of Default by the Company.
