CONFIDENTAL INFORMATION. The Contractor shall not publish or otherwise disclose, except to the University and except matters of public record, any information or data obtained in the course of performance of this Contract from private individuals, organizations, or public agencies, in a publication by which the information or data furnished by any particular person or establishment can be identified, except with the written consent of such person or establishment.

CONFIDENTAL INFORMATION. (a) The Officer agrees that during the course of his employment or at any time after termination, he will not disclose or make accessible to any other person, the Corporation’s products, services, and technology, both current and under development, promotion and marketing programs, lists, trade secrets, litigation information, and other confidential and proprietary business information of the Corporation or any of its clients. The Officer agrees: (i) not to use any such information for himself or others; and (ii) not to take any such material or reproductions thereof from the Corporation’s facilities at any time during his employment at the Corporation, except as required in the Officer’s duties to the Corporation. The Officer agrees immediately to return such material and reproductions thereof in his possession to the Corporation upon request and in any event upon termination of employment.
CONFIDENTAL INFORMATION. No information furnished by the Optionee to the Optionor hereunder in respect of the activities carried out on the Property by the Optionee, or related to the sale of minerals, ore, bullion or other product derived from the Property, shall be published or disclosed by the Optionor without the prior written consent of the Optionee, but such consent in respect of the reporting of factual data shall not be unreasonably withheld, and shall not be withheld in respect of information required to be publicly disclosed pursuant to applicable securities or corporation laws, regulations or policies.

While some personal information is kept on owners cell phones, said cell phones are set up to lock after 1 minute of non-use with a password to unlock it each time. Also, should said phone(s) be lost or stolen, all information on phone is wiped either by input of 3 incorrect passwords or remotely from ATT. This includes any email accounts on phones.

CONFIDENTAL INFORMATION. Confidential Information may include information that is disclosed to Recipient by Discloser in any manner, whether orally, visually or in tangible form (including without limitation, documents, devices and computer readable media) and all copies thereof. Confidential Information includes, without limitation, documents, business plans, source code, software, documentation, financial analysis, marketing plans, customer names, customer list, and customer data. Confidential Information may also include information disclosed to a party by third parties at the direction of the Disclosing Party. Confidential Information shall not, however, include any information with “Receiving Party” can establish (i) was publicly known and made generally available in the public domain prior to the time of disclosure; (ii) becomes publicly known and made generally available after disclosure through no action or inaction of Receiving Party; (iii) is in the possession of Receiving Party, without confidentiality restrictions, at the time of disclosure by the Disclosing Party as shown by Receiving Party’s files and records immediately prior to the time of disclosure; or (iv) was independently created by the Receiving Party without use or reference to the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information. Tangible materials that disclose or embody Confidential Information shall be marked by Discloser as “confidential,” “proprietary” or the substantial equivalent thereof. Confidential Information that is disclosed orally or visually shall be identified by Discloser as confidential at the time of disclosure and promptly thereafter identified as confidential in a written document provided to Recipient. Except as expressly permitted herein, for a period of five years from the Effective Date (“Non-Disclosure Period”), Recipient shall maintain in confidence and not disclose Confidential Information.
