Pursuant to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, all documents, papers, letters, or other printed, written, or recorded material prepared in conjunction with or as a result of this Call for Business Plans is a public record, except for such records that are exempt under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, or other statutory provision and Article I, section 24(a) of the Florida Constitution.
This Call for Business Plans and any proposal submitted in response are subject to the State of Florida’s Public Records Act, Chapter 119, Florida Statutes.
