Email Accounts. At the time of installation and upon the request of the Customer, Unwired shall generate a specified number of e-mail accounts for the Customer’s use on a temporary basis. The number of e- mail accounts created may be limited by the type of Service plan the Customer has requested. Free E- mail accounts may be limited to a total mailbox size of 70Mb, at Provider’s discretion. If Customer desires additional mailbox capacity, this can be purchased at an additional cost. Unless specified in writing by Provider, Customer agrees that it will have no right to use the designated e-mail accounts upon termination of this Agreement. Customer shall have full responsibility to save any pertinent e-mails or data in an alternative location prior to termination of Service.

Illustrations of disciplinary options are contained in the Teachers’ Handbook and Students’ Handbook. Intranet/internet access is a privilege, not a right. If a system user violates any of the acceptable use provisions outlined in this document, his/her account may be terminated and future access may be denied. Some violations may also constitute a criminal offense and may result in legal action. Any user violating these provisions, applicable state and federal laws, or posted classroom and district policies, is subject to loss of access privileges and any other Board disciplinary options. The Technology Director will recommend to the Superintendent the determination as to what constitutes unacceptable use and the decision by the Superintendent is final. The employee shall be responsible for compensating the school system for any losses, costs, or damages incurred by the school system relating to or arising out of the users’ violation of this agreement.
Email Accounts. INTRACOMME offers email services for .GDN domain names registered under this Agreement which is provided by GDN Registry. You agree and acknowledge that GDN Registry shall notify end customers directly to provide option for signup of free Email Account. You agree and acknowledge to be bound by the terms of the Registry Operator Email Acceptable Use Policy, which can be found in GDN Registry website and made part of this Agreement by reference.

Email Accounts. Students shall immediately report any offensive emails that they receive to the teacher leading the session. Access in Academy to external, Web-based, personal email accounts is denied for network security reasons. It is forbidden to distribute chain letters or to forward a message without the prior permission of the sender. Students must read their emails regularly and remove superfluous emails from the server. Students may not reveal their own or other people’s personal details, such as addresses or telephone numbers or arrange to meet someone outside Academy via the Academy network. Sending and receiving email attachments is subject to the type allowed by the Academy’s filtering policy
Email Accounts. All email accounts (including, but not limited to POP email accounts) that have not been logged into for a period of 4 consecutive months or more shall be deemed abandoned and DomainPeople shall have the right to delete the email account (“Abandoned Mailbox”) and/or all emails residing in such Abandoned Mailbox (“Abandoned Emails”). At least 2 weeks prior to such deletion, DomainPeople shall send to the master email account a notice that the Abandoned Mailbox and/or the Abandoned Emails shall be deleted if the user or customer does not log into the Abandoned Mailbox within 2 weeks. DomainPeople has the right to delete all content stored in any of customer’s spam folders or email accounts for 30 days or more.
