Common use of Certificates of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)Agreements.

Certificates of Insurance. Certificates of Insurance. The Agent Agents shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements Agreement and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)Documents.

The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance as to the insurance maintained by Borrower on the Mortgaged Properties (including flood insurance if necessary) from the insurer or an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Effective Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).;

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (ai) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, or within 15 days prior thereto, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements coverage and (bii) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore therefor signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Effective Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with Schedule 8.24 hereto and -------- ---- the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore therefor signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)hereof. 9.7.

The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Original Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements Agreement and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore therefor signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of or prior to the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Initial Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)Agreements.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements Loan Documents and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)obtained.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (ai) a certificate certificate(s) of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Original Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements Agreement and naming the Agent as additional insured and loss payee, and (bii) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore therefor signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)) and the Agent shall be satisfied with the adequacy of all such insurance.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate certificates of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing DateEffective Date or such earlier date as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)Agreements.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Norwegian Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements Documents and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)) showing the Agent as additional insured or loss payee, as applicable.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed carried by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)Parent and its Subsidiaries.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)hereof.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)this Credit Agreement. 11.6.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance (including flood insurance if necessary) from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing DateEffective Date with respect to all of the Real Property, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and ; (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore therefor signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).
