Common use of Carer’s Leave Clause in Contracts

Carer’s Leave. An Employee is entitled to use accrued personal leave to care for members of his/her immediate family or household who are sick or injured and require care and support or who require care due to an unexpected emergency.

Carer’s Leave. An Employee is (i) Employees shall be entitled to use accrued use, in accordance with this subclause, any paid personal leave entitlement where required to provide care for members or support to a member of his/her their immediate family family, or household a member of their household, who are sick requires care or injured and require care and support because of a personal illness, or who require care due to personal injury, affecting the member; or an unexpected emergencyemergency affecting the member.
