Boundaries of Service Features and Functions.  Service is offered on devices purchased through UNM IT;  One year warranty only covers manufacturer defects;  Customers who opt-out of UNM IT insurance for smartphones must pay full retail costs for replacement;  Liquid or excessive external damage will be covered by UNM IT insurance not warranty;  Loss of device and/or theft will not be covered by UNM IT insurance or warranty;  UNM IT offers limited support for hardware, operating systems, and applications required for business use;  Applications that are used for entertainment purposes will not be supported by UNM IT;  Remote wipe, device tracking and control is unavailable on basic phones.

Boundaries of Service Features and Functions. ‌ • This agreement only applies to Vendors who are providing, or will provide, Enterprise IT Services to the University of New Mexico and/or parties we are representing as part of a collaboration or consortium.
Boundaries of Service Features and Functions.  Hosting of websites and web applications on cPanel are currently limited to PHP and MySQL. If you have websites and/or web applications that do not fall under the above technologies but would like to have your websites and/or web applications hosted with UNM IT, please refer to UNM IT Service Catalog for the appropriate services;  Error logs will only contain the last three-hundred events;  Access logs are retained for one month, unless overridden by the account user;  256 MB of storage is available initially. Additional storage can be requested as needed. Please refer to Department Web Hosting Service in UNM IT Service Catalog for additional storage options and costs.  Access to cPanel’s File Transfer Protocol Secure (FTPS) server is limited to trusted, on-campus networks, or Virtual Private Networks (VPN) only;  cPanel’s email relay is only accessible from the cPanel server on which it resides (no external access) – this is needed to allow hosted web applications to send out emails;  User accounts and websites found not in compliance with this agreement will be suspended or terminated after having been given a minimum of 24-hour notification via email.
Boundaries of Service Features and Functions. This SLA covers approved ERP Systems provided to UNM Main and Branch Campuses; refer to UNM IT Service Catalog; • New systems or applications impacting core business functions that are introduced into the ERP Environment may incur charges and/or additional processes to implement and transition the system for support by UNM IT. Please refer to UNM IT Service Catalog for additional information; • UNM IT will adhere to current UNM IT Technology Standards (technologies and languages that the current team has knowledge or is licensed in to develop, maintain and support the systems); • Service requests requiring greater than 80 hours will be addressed as projects with the service scope and delivery timeframe dictated by a project plan.
Boundaries of Service Features and Functions.  Some titles will require a DVD drive to install software;  Software available in the computer labs for student use may change depending on renewal of campus license agreements;  Administrative rights are required to install software on most computers;  Support is limited to license validation. Support for software installation is available by UNM IT for an additional fee;  Depending on the software license agreement, a software license may need to be renewed each year;  Depending on the software contract, UNM IT may not offer technical support. Requests for information on what vendor support is included in a UNM contract can be submitted using Service Request Process outlined in Section 5.1;  For departments, Customer will make a reasonable effort to determine where the problem lies, prior to contacting UNM IT.
Boundaries of Service Features and Functions.  Hosting of mobile apps is currently limited to responsive web apps that use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL technologies;  Hosting of responsive web apps is provided at no cost with the following restrictions: o Each Customer can have up to 5 mobile apps hosted for distribution (a different version of the same mobile app counts as a separate mobile app); o Each mobile app is less than 50 MBs in size; o For Customers that would like to host more than 5 apps and/or apps with size larger than 50 MBs, please refer to the UNM IT Service Catalog for additional options.  Hosting of native mobile apps such as apps of extensions: IPA (iOS), APK (Android), and XAP (Windows) is not currently supported. However, UNM IT’s distribution channels can provide links to the official Apple, Google, and Windows stores for apps hosted with these third-parties;  For apps to be distributed via UNM IT’s distribution channels, mobile apps must either be hosted with UNM IT or hosted on official third-party app stores using UNM IT’s vendor accounts; and mobile apps must be reviewed and approved by UNM IT, UNM App Advisory Council, and the appropriate data stewards. (UNM App Advisory Council’s formation is in planning – ETA Fall 2016. The Portal Governance Committee will be re-chartered and restructured as this new group. Name is tentative.)
Boundaries of Service Features and Functions. ‌ • XxxxXxxxxx is governed by the Emergency Management Committee on behalf of the Office of the President; • LoboAlerts broadcasts are specifically for life, safety, weather and/or notification of events that pose a threat to University activities and may not be used for other purposes without Subscriber consent; • Receiving text communications from LoboAlerts is voluntary; • The Subscriber must have a device capable of receiving text messages and a corresponding text message plan; • Messages are sent from the LoboAlerts system to the individual cellular carriers. Differences among the carriers and an individual's location and data coverage can all affect the timing of message sending and receiving.

Boundaries of Service Features and Functions. Lobo BrainBar support may be limited by device model and operating system; • Service request and incidents will be delayed if all required information is not provided; • After 5 days of no response, the service request or incident will be canceled; • If trouble shooting steps are not followed as instructed, incidents may be canceled; • Contact made to UNM IT Service Desk outside of established Service Points may not receive a response; • Escalation of service requests and incidents is based on a pre-defined set of criteria and processes; • Approvals, authorizations and/or contact information for approvals may be required for some service requests.

Boundaries of Service Features and Functions.  This service excludes all accounts not managed by UNM IT;  This service excludes accounts created by departments including UNM-Health Science Center (UNM –HSC)and UNM Hospital (UNM –H);  UNM-H and UNM-HSC customers will need to contact their local IT department for support on HSC or UNM-H accounts;  Guest UNM NetIDs are available only for individuals with a UNM department approved association and sponsor. The Guest NetID provides basic email and network access. Additional access such as, library online database or VPN services, may be added if approved by the designated service owner. The Guest UNM NetID will be tied to the department sponsor;  Guest NetIDs are provisioned with an expiration date and authorization will be needed to reactivate with permission from Department Sponsor.
