Text Messages means you are
Text Messages means a single text-based communication (short message service, SMS or multimedia message service, MMS) either received or sent through Hearsay Relate.
Text Messages is the transfer of short messages between two or more mobile devices and include “SMS” (short messaging system) messages.

More Definitions of Text Messages

Text Messages means the approximate 615,593 text messages sent by Tilly’s, or by a person on Tilly’s behalf, on or about November 30, 2016 and which were similar to the text message identified in Plaintiff’s Complaint in the Litigation.
Text Messages means any SMS/MMS message communication from the Company or on its behalf to any cellular phone numbers provided by a customer and concerning that customer’s account with the Company.

  • Text messaging means reading from or entering data into any handheld or other electronic device, including for the purpose of short message service texting, e-mailing, instant messaging, obtaining navigational information, or engaging in any other form of electronic data retrieval or electronic data communication. The term does not include glancing at or listening to a navigational device that is secured in a commercially designed holder affixed to the vehicle, provided that the destination and route are programmed into the device either before driving or while stopped in a location off the roadway where it is safe and legal to park.
