YEAR WARRANTY. The Warranty for Tesla Powerwall Batteries will not apply to (a) normal wear and tear or deterioration, or superficial defects, dents or marks that do not impact the performance of your Tesla Powerwall Battery; or (b) noise or vibration that is not excessive or uncharacteristic and does not impact your Tesla Powerwall Battery’s performance.
YEAR WARRANTY. Viessmann warrants that the Boiler enclosure, burner, controls, and other accessories Viessmann provides as standard equipment on the Boiler will be free from defects in material and workmanship for TWO (2) YEARS from the Date of Original Installation of the Boiler.
YEAR WARRANTY. This adjustable bed is warranted against defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) year from the warranty commencement date. Upon notice during the first year from the warranty commencement date, Xxxx Adjusta-Flex will send replacement parts (at no cost to the purchaser) for any defective adjustable bed part to the purchaser, and Xxxx Adjusta-Flex will pay authorized labor and transportation cost associated with the repair or replacement of any parts Xxxx Adjusta-Flex determines to be defective. This one (1) year warranty shall not apply if purchaser does not return any and all defective parts to Xxxx Adjusta-Flex within 15 days of purchaser’s receipt of replacement part.
YEAR WARRANTY. Viessmann warrants that the Tank insulation jacket and controls and other accessories designated by Viessmann as standard equipment shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for TWO (2) YEARS from the Date of Original Installation (as hereinafter defined) of the Tank.
YEAR WARRANTY. For five (5) years after the date of Certificate of Completion/Certificate of Occupancy/Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is issued for the Work, Professional shall warranty, repair, and remediate any incident of water intrusion or water damage caused by Professional’s improper design of the Project’s exterior systems, without additional expense to Owner. This includes the improper specification of faulty or unproven products, and the improper/inadequate detailing of building systems.
YEAR WARRANTY. Viessmann warrants that the Boiler enclosure, burner and controls and other accessories designated by Viessmann as standard equipment shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for TWO (2) YEARS from the Date of Original Installation (as hereinafter defined) of the Boiler. Repair or replacement of parts determined by Viessmann to be defective in material or workmanship will be made during the period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of original installation in accordance with the WARRANTY SERVICE PROCEDURE hereinafter described, provided this Warranty has not otherwise been voided.
YEAR WARRANTY. Subject to the provisions set forth in this Warranty, Seller warrants for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase that (i) the Products are free from manufacturing defects. If a defect covered by this Warranty is reported to Seller in writing within 5 years of purchase, Seller will supply new Products of the same or similar grade sufficient to repair or replace the defective Products. In addition: • Within One Year: If a defect covered by this Warranty is reported to Seller in writing within one year of purchase, Seller will also pay reasonable labor costs for the installation of repaired or replacement Products. • Within Two Years: If a defect covered by this warranty is reported to Seller in writing after one year but within two years of purchase, Seller will also pay fifty percent of reasonable labor costs for the installation of repaired or replacement Products. Seller will not be obligated to pay labor costs to repair or replace Products as set forth above if professional installation was not paid for when the Products were originally installed. Seller reserves the right to repair any Products and/or use its own source to obtain an installer for replacement Products. This Warranty extends only to the original end-user of the Products and is not transferrable. Any claim by Purchaser with reference to the Products sold hereunder shall be deemed waived by the Purchaser unless made within the applicable time period set forth above. Purchaser must contact Seller as soon as possible upon learning of any claim under this Warranty. At Seller’s request, Purchaser shall return any allegedly defective Products to Seller at Purchaser’s expense. Continued on page 2 This Warranty does not cover the following: • Products that have been incorrectly or improperly installed or maintained, or otherwise subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication or neglect. • Products on which repair has been performed by anyone other than Seller. • Irregularities, moisture, alkaline or hydrostatic pressure in the sub floor. • Differences in color, shade or embossing deviations between Products and samples or photographs. • Indentations from improper loading or handling, including but not limited to indentations from high heels, spiked shoes, rolling loads, caster wheels, chairs or other furniture without proper floor protectors. • Damage such as stains, cuts, scratches, scuffs, gouges, xxxxx or marring caused by abuse or accident. • Labor to repair or replace Products with d...
YEAR WARRANTY. This (2)-two year Warranty shall provide on-site service by a factory authorized service provider. The coverage includes repair or replacement of any defective equipment, system hardware and software that is initially delivered defective or becomes defective through normal wear and usage. All batteries shall be warranted for a period of TEN YEARS from date of system acceptance. This (3)-three-year extended Warranty shall provide on-site service by a factory authorized service provider. This package will include maintenance of all items installed. This maintenance will follow the manufacturer's maintenance guidelines at the manufacturer's recommended periodicity. YEAR WARRANTY. Montana Instruments warrants that, for a period of two (2) years from the Acceptance Date, the Products that consist of software manufactured or designed by Montana Instruments will perform, under normal use, substantially in accordance with the specifications in the final Review Document for the applicable Product. Montana Instruments does not warrant that the operation of any Product that consists of or contains a software program will be uninterrupted or error-free (the “Software Warranty”).
