Common use of Board Policy Clause in Contracts

Board Policy. This Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations or practices of the Board which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. All bargaining unit members covered under this Agreement who participate in the production of tapes, publications or other produced material shall retain residual rights should they be copyrighted or sold by the district except that the school directly shall be entitled to free use of such materials.
