Common use of Benefit Accrual Clause in Contracts

Benefit Accrual. Water Pik Individuals who, as of the Distribution Date, were participants in the ATI Pension Plan will continue to receive service credit for benefit accrual purposes under the ATI Pension Plan for service actually rendered to Water Pik during the period commencing on the Distribution Date and ending April 2, 2000. Benefits accrued with respect to service credited pursuant to this Section 3.2 shall be paid by the ATI Pension Plan at the same times and under the same terms and conditions as applicable to benefits accrued under the ATI Pension Plan.
