Article Information. The Employer agrees to provide the Union on a quarterly basis with information concerning the identification of each employee. This information shall include the name, address, job classification, rate of pay, social insurance number, and employment status of each employee. The Employer shall also indicate if any employees have been hired or transferred or whose employment has been terminated during the period reported. The Employer shall notify the Union of all newly created classifications including its designation as to whether it is within or outside of the Bargaining Unit.
Article Information. The Employer agrees to provide the Union on a monthly basis, with information concerning the identification of each employee in the Bargaining Unit by forwarding the Union a copy of the information remitted to the Alliance under the provisions of article The Employer shall provide each permanent employee with a copy of this Agreement, provide four (4) copies to the Union, and retain one copy at each office. The Employer shall provide each new permanent employee with a copy of this Agreement upon appointment.
Article Information. The Association agrees to provide the Union as changes occur with information concerning the identification of each employee in the Bargaining Unit. This information shall include the name, address, job classification, rate of pay, social insurance number, and employment status of all employees in the Bargaining Unit.

The Employer agrees to provide the Union within thirty (30) days of change occurring in the Bargaining Unit, with the name, address, job title, rate of pay and social insurance number of all employees in the Bargaining Unit. The Employer shall indicate which employees have been recruited or transferred and those employees who have been struck strength during the reported. The Employer shall provide each employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement.
Article Information. The Employer agrees to provide the Union annually or upon reasonable request concerning the identification of each employee in the Bargaining Unit. This information shall include the name, address, job classification, social insurance number, and employment of all employees in the Bargaining Unit. The Employer shall indicate which employees have been hired or transferred and those employees whose employment has been terminated during the period reported. Annually or upon reasonable request, the Employer shall provide separate listings for employees who are normally scheduled to work full-time (including term, casual and/or seasonal employees) and for employees are normally scheduled to work less than full-time, that is fewer than the regular hours per week. The Employer shall notify the Union of all newly created classifications its designation as to whether it is, in the view of the Employer, within or outside of the Bargaining Unit. Any new exclusions shall be arbitrable under Article

Article Information. Upon ratification of the collective agreement the Employer shall provide the Local Union with a list of names, current departments, position titles, classifications, and hire dates for all employees in the bargaining unit. The Employer shall subsequently provide the Union with an updated list on a monthly basis. The Employer shall also provide to the Local Union upon ratification a list of names, current addresses and telephone numbers for all employees in the bargaining unit and shall provide an updated list annually and a list of changes to names, addresses and telephone numbers monthly. The Employer shall provide the Local quarterly with a copy of the Employer’s organizational chart which identifies all positions and incumbents with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. The Employer agrees to supply each employee with a copy of the collective agreement within one (1) month after receipt from the printer. Article No Discrimination The Employer and the Union acknowledge and affirm their respective obligations under the Canadian Human Rights Act and jointly agree that there shall be no discrimination in respect of employment by reason of any prohibited ground in the absence of any bona fide occupational requirement contemplated by the said Act. Accordingly, the provisions of this Agreement shall be interpreted and applied in a manner consistent with the Act and Regulations, as amended. In the event of a violation of this Article by the Employer or the Union, an arbitrator shall have the jurisdiction to hear the complaint and shall have the remedial powers contemplated by the Canadian Human Rights Act, as amended. Where an employee makes a complaint to the Canadian Human Rights Commission, the complaint shall not be arbitrable and such complaint shall not be subject in any manner to the grievance and arbitration procedure.
Article Information. The Employer agrees to supply the Union with sufficient copies of the Collective Agreement so that the Union may provide one copy for each member of the bargaining unit, and one copy to each new employee who may join the bargaining unit during the of this Agreement. The Employer agrees to make copies of job descriptions available for perusal by employees at their work locations and a copy w i l l be made available to employees on request.

Article Seniority Seniority is defined as the length of service with the Employer, and shall be applied on a Bargaining Unit wide basis. The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the date upon which each employee's service commenced. The seniority list shall be kept up-to-date, a copy of which shall be posted on the bulletin board, and shall be sent to the Union every six months. Seniority will be lost in the following circumstances:
Article Information. The Employer provide the Local with the names, classification, employee status and work location of newly appointed employees, within ten days the date of hire. The Union agrees to supply each employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement. The parties agree to share the cost of printing the Collective Agreement. The Employer agrees to provide the President of the Union Local with a copy of the Employer’s current organization chart, including reporting lines, and as amended time to time.
