Article Information. The Employer agrees to provide the Union on a quarterly basis with information concerning the identification of each employee. This information shall include the name, address, job classification, rate of pay, social insurance number, and employment status of each employee. The Employer shall also indicate if any employees have been hired or transferred or whose employment has been terminated during the period reported. The Employer shall notify the Union of all newly created classifications including its designation as to whether it is within or outside of the Bargaining Unit.

Article Information. Upon ratification of the collective agreement the Employer shall provide the Local Union with a list of names, current departments, position titles, classifications, and hire dates for all employees in the bargaining unit. The Employer shall subsequently provide the Union with an updated list on a monthly basis. The Employer shall also provide to the Local Union upon ratification a list of names, current addresses and telephone numbers for all employees in the bargaining unit and shall provide an updated list annually and a list of changes to names, addresses and telephone numbers monthly. The Employer shall provide the Local quarterly with a copy of the Employer’s organizational chart which identifies all positions and incumbents with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. The Employer agrees to supply each employee with a copy of the collective agreement within one (1) month after receipt from the printer. Article No Discrimination The Employer and the Union acknowledge and affirm their respective obligations under the Canadian Human Rights Act and jointly agree that there shall be no discrimination in respect of employment by reason of any prohibited ground in the absence of any bona fide occupational requirement contemplated by the said Act. Accordingly, the provisions of this Agreement shall be interpreted and applied in a manner consistent with the Act and Regulations, as amended. In the event of a violation of this Article by the Employer or the Union, an arbitrator shall have the jurisdiction to hear the complaint and shall have the remedial powers contemplated by the Canadian Human Rights Act, as amended. Where an employee makes a complaint to the Canadian Human Rights Commission, the complaint shall not be arbitrable and such complaint shall not be subject in any manner to the grievance and arbitration procedure.
