Common use of Amount of Fee Clause in Contracts

Amount of Fee. Grantee shall pay to the Grantor an annual franchise fee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the annual Gross Revenue. Such payment shall be in addition to taxes of general applicability owed to the Grantor by the Grantee that are not included as franchise fees under federal law. Franchise fees may be passed through to Subscribers as a line item on Subscriber bills or otherwise as Grantee chooses, consistent with federal law.

Amount of Fee. Grantee shall pay to the Grantor an annual franchise fee in an amount equal to five three and a half percent (53.5%) of the annual Gross Revenue. Such payment Notwithstanding the forgoing, Grantor may, in its sole discretion and any time during the Term of this Franchise, increase the franchise fee payable by Grantee hereunder to the maximum amount allowed by law provided that; (1) any such increased franchise fee shall be in addition to taxes of general applicability owed to the Grantor by the Grantee that are not included as franchise fees under federal law. Franchise fees may be passed through to Subscribers as a line item on Subscriber bills or otherwise as Grantee chooses, consistent with federal applicable law.; and
