Access to and use. of information by the NDA Notwithstanding ownership of any Developed IP by the Contractor and without prejudice to the provisions of Clause AZ9 of this Contract (Inspection and Audit), the Contractor shall provide access to the NDA and the Employer and agrees that they shall be entitled to use and disclose all and any information created, received or maintained by or on behalf of the Contractor whether from use or application of the Developed IP or otherwise that is reasonably required by the NDA and/or the Employer for any purpose.
