A Limited. Term Position is a position, either full-time or part-time, where an ending date is stated at the time of posting and where there is no employment commitment beyond the specified term. The University may, with the agreement of the Association, establish a Limited-Term Position for a period of greater than twenty-four (24) months. Such agreement by the Association will not be unreasonably withheld.
