Development Purposes means using the Software for the specific purpose of (a) developing, (b) single-user prototyping, quality assurance or testing and/or
Primary Purpose means the collection, use, or disclosure of information collected by the Cooperative or supplied by the Member-consumer where there is an authorized business need or emergency response in order to: (1) provide, bill, or collect for, regulated electric or natural gas service; (2) provide for system, grid, or operational needs; (3) provide services as required by state or federal law or as specifically authorized in the Cooperative’s approved tariff or; (4) engage in customer satisfaction surveys, plan, implement, or evaluate, energy assistance, demand response, energy management, renewable energy or energy efficiency programs by the Cooperative or under contract with the Cooperative, under contract with the Commission, or as part of a Commission- authorized program conducted by an entity under the supervision of the Commission, or pursuant to state or federal statutes governing energy assistance.
Educational Purposes means use for the purpose of education, teaching, distance learning, private study and/or research.
Project Purposes means the use of Protected Information strictly and only for purposes related to Recipient’s and its Related Parties’ participation and involvement in the Project, and only for such period of time during which Recipient and its Related Parties are involved in Project related activities.
Government purpose means any activity in which the United States Government is a party, including cooperative agreements with international or multi-national defense organizations, or sales or transfers by the United States Government to foreign governments or international organizations. Government purposes include competitive procurement, but do not include the rights to use, modify, reproduce, release, perform, display, or disclose technical data for commercial purposes or authorize others to do so.
Educational purpose means classroom activities, research in academic subjects, career or professional development activities, Green Dot approved personal research activities, or other purposes as defined by the School from time to time.

Secondary Purpose means any purpose that is not a Primary Purpose.
Agreed Purpose has the meaning given to it in clause 2 of this Agreement.
Common Purposes shall include the purposes of managing and maintaining the Premises, the Buildings and in particular the Common Portions, rendition of services in common to the Unit Owners, collection and disbursement of the Common Expenses and dealing with the matters of common interest of the Unit Owners and relating to their mutual rights and obligations for the beneficial use and enjoyment of their respective Units exclusively and the Common Portions in common.

Agreed Purposes as defined in Section 10.14.

Internal Purposes means distribution of packages to Licensee’s own systems and employees.
Permitted Purpose means any activity or process to be undertaken or supervised by a Staff member of one Party during the term of this Agreement, for which purpose authorised disclosure of the other Party’s Confidential Information or Intellectual Property is a prerequisite in order to enable such activity or process to be accomplished;
School purposes means purposes that customarily take place at the direction of a teacher or the Board, or aid in the administration of school activities, including but not limited to instruction in the classroom, administrative activities and collaboration among students, school personnel or parents or legal guardians of students.
Production Purposes means using the Software (a) in a production environment, (b) generally using live data and/or applications for a purpose other than Development Purposes, (c) for multi-user prototyping, quality assurance and testing and/or (d) for backup instances.
Commercial purpose per MCA 77-1-902(3)(a) means an industrial enterprise, retail sales outlet, business and professional office building, warehouse, motel, hotel, hospitality enterprise, commercial or concentrated recreational use, multifamily residential development, and other similar business.
Authorized Purpose means the specific purpose or purposes described in the Base Contract for Contractor to fulfill its obligations under the Base Contract, or any other purpose expressly authorized by HHS in writing in advance.
Approved Purpose means the activity or purpose for which the Hirer wishes to use the Venue (and for which the Shire has had an opportunity to assess and approve)
