Examples of Substantially Completed in a sentence
In the event that, subject to Excused Delays, the Project Improvements are not Substantially Completed by the date which is 180 days after the Scheduled Substantial Completion Date (the "Second Delayed Scheduled Substantial Completion Date"), then, in addition to the abatement of Base Rent under the immediately preceding sentence, all Base Rent hereunder shall xxxxx for one additional day for each day from the Second Delayed Scheduled Substantial Completion Date to the Actual Substantial Completion Date.
For purposes of this Lease, each portion of the Project Improvements shall be considered substantially completed (which, together with any other phrase similar to, or other form of, "substantially completed," is herein called "Substantially Completed," "Substantial Completion," or the like) at such time as such portion of the Project Improvements have been substantially completed in material accordance with the Construction Plans.
The terms "Substantially Complete" and "Substantially Completed" as applied to all or part of the Work refer to the Substantial Completion thereof.
It is anticipated that the Project Improvements shall be Substantially Completed in accordance with this Lease by the Scheduled Substantial Completion Date.
