Service of Notices. The provisions for the service of notices are that if either party deliver by hand any Notices or documents which are necessary under the Agreement, or any Act of Parliament to the other party by 5.00pm or the last known address of the other party; the documents or Notices will be deemed delivered on the next working day which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays; or if the documents or Notices are sent by ordinary first class post addressed to the other party or the last known address of the other party the documents or Notices will be deemed delivered two working days later, which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays or by e mail at the e mail address supplied from time to time by either party. Service of Notices. Lessee hereby appoints as Lessee's agent to receive service of all dispossessory or other legal proceedings and notices thereunder, and all notices required under this Lease, the person occupying Premises at the time such notice is given, and, if no person be occupying the same, then such service or notice may be made by attaching the same on the front entrance to Premises. A copy of all notices under this Lease shall also be sent to Lessee's last known address if different from Premises.

  • Agent for Service of Process means every person now or hereafter appointed by the Contractor to be served or to accept service of process in any State of the United States.
