Securities Accounts definition

Securities Accounts. (i) shall mean all “securities accounts” as defined in Article 8 of the UCC and (ii) shall include, without limitation, all of the accounts listed on Schedule 4.4(A) under the heading “Securities Accounts” (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time).

Securities Accounts means all present and future “securities accounts” (as defined in Article 8 of the UCC), including all monies, “uncertificated securities,” and “securities entitlements” (as defined in Article 8 of the UCC) contained therein.

• Schedule 2 hereto sets forth under the headings “Securities Accounts,” “Commodities Accounts,” and “Deposit Accounts,” respectively, all of the Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts owned by each Grantor.

• Attached hereto as Schedule 3.24 is a schedule of all Deposit Accounts and Securities Accounts maintained by the Ultimate Parent, the Borrower and the Borrowing Base Loan Parties as of the Closing Date.
