Securities Account definition

Securities Account is any “securities account” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.
Securities Account means the account for dematerialised securities maintained by the CSD pursuant to the Financial Instruments Accounts Act in which (i) an owner of such security is directly registered or (ii) an owner’s holding of securities is registered in the name of a nominee.
Securities Account means a securities account (as that term is defined in the Code).

  • In accordance with this Indenture and the Securities Account Control Agreement, the Issuer shall, prior to the Closing Date, cause the Trustee to establish at the Custodian a single, segregated non-interest bearing account in the name of the Issuer, subject to the Lien of this Indenture, which shall be designated as the Permitted Use Account.

  • The Issuer shall not have any legal, equitable or beneficial interest in the Payment Account other than in accordance with this Indenture (including the Priority of Payments) and the Securities Account Control Agreement.
