Secured Amounts definition

Secured Amounts means all money and amounts, including interest or payments in the nature of interest, that the Customer is or may become liable at any time to pay to or for the account of the Secured Party and includes money and amounts:
Secured Amounts means the total amounts that you owe us at any time in connection with the Debt or pursuant to the Deed of Hypothec, whether or not they are due and payable. Secured Amounts has the meaning given to it in the Deed of Charge;
