Interest Collection Subaccount definition

Interest Collection Subaccount. The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

Interest Collection Subaccount means the account established at the Account Bank with account number 00000000 for U.S. Dollar deposits into which Interest Collections shall be segregated, and each other subaccount of the Collection Account that may be established from time to time for administration or convenience into which Interest Collections are to be segregated.

Examples of Interest Collection Subaccount in a sentence

• The Seller shall not, and shall not permit any of its Affiliates to, deposit or permit the deposit of any funds that do not constitute collections of any Loan Asset into the Interest Collection Subaccount or the Principal Collection Subaccount.

• The Seller acknowledges that all collections received by it or its Affiliates with respect to the Transferred Assets (other than Excluded Amounts) (the “Proceeds”) Conveyed to the Purchaser are held and shall be held in trust for the benefit of the Purchaser and its assignees until deposited into the Interest Collection Subaccount or the Principal Collection Subaccount.

Interest Collection Subaccount means, collectively, (i) a sub-account (account number 82612101 at the Account Bank) of the Collection Account entitled "Interest Collection Subaccount," into which Interest Collections shall be segregated and (ii) each sub- account of the Collection Account of each Securitization Subsidiary into which Interest Collections shall be segregated.
