Revolving LOC Obligations definition

Revolving LOC Obligations means, at any time, the sum of (i) the maximum amount which is, or at any time thereafter may become, available to be drawn under Revolving Letters of Credit then outstanding, assuming compliance with all requirements for drawings referred to in such Revolving Letters of Credit plus (ii) the aggregate amount of all drawings under Revolving Letters of Credit honored by the Revolving Issuing Lender but not theretofore reimbursed.

Examples of Revolving LOC Obligations in a sentence

  • For purposes of computation of the Revolving Commitment Fee, Revolving LOC Obligations shall be considered usage but Swingline Loans shall not be considered usage of the Revolving Committed Amount.

  • If at any time after the Closing Date, the sum of the aggregate principal amount of outstanding Revolving Loans plus outstanding Swingline Loans plus outstanding Revolving LOC Obligations shall exceed the Revolving Committed Amount then in effect, the Borrower immediately shall prepay the Revolving Loans and Swingline Loans and (after all Revolving Loans and Swingline Loans have been repaid) cash collateralize the Revolving LOC Obligations in an amount sufficient to eliminate such excess.

  • Revolving Credit Obligations means, at any particular time, the sum of (i) the outstanding principal amount of the Revolving Loans at such time, plus (ii) the outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Loans at such time, plus (iii) the outstanding L/C Obligations at such time.

  • Revolving L/C Exposure of any Class shall mean at any time the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all Letters of Credit applicable to such Class outstanding at such time (calculated, in the case of Alternate Currency Letters of Credit, based on the Dollar Equivalent thereof) and (b) the aggregate principal amount of all L/C Disbursements applicable to such Class that have not yet been reimbursed at such time (calculated, in the case of Alternate Currency Letters of Credit, based on the Dollar Equivalent thereof). The Revolving L/C Exposure of any Class of any Revolving Facility Lender at any time shall mean its applicable Revolving Facility Percentage of the aggregate Revolving L/C Exposure applicable to such Class at such time. For all purposes of this Agreement, if on any date of determination a Letter of Credit has expired by its terms but any amount may still be drawn thereunder by reason of the operation of Rule 3.14 of the International Standard Practices, International Chamber of Commerce No. 590, such Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be “outstanding” in the amount so remaining available to be drawn. Unless otherwise specified herein, the amount of a Letter of Credit at any time shall be deemed to be the stated amount of such Letter of Credit in effect at such time; provided, that with respect to any Letter of Credit that, by its terms or the terms of any document related thereto, provides for one or more automatic increases in the stated amount thereof, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be the maximum stated amount of such Letter of Credit after giving effect to all such increases, whether or not such maximum stated amount is in effect at such time.

  • Revolving Credit Advances has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1.

  • Revolving Advances means Advances made other than Letters of Credit.

  • Multicurrency LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Multicurrency Letters of Credit at such time plus (b) the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements in respect of such Letters of Credit that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The Multicurrency LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Multicurrency Percentage of the total Multicurrency LC Exposure at such time.

  • Revolving Facility Credit Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Facility Loans outstanding at such time, (b) the Swingline Exposure at such time and (c) any Revolving L/C Exposure at such time. The Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be the product of (x) such Lender’s Revolving Facility Percentage and (y) the aggregate Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of all Lenders, collectively, at such time.

  • Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.

  • Revolving Credit Loans as defined in Section 2.1.

  • Revolving Loan Outstandings means, at any time of calculation, (a) the then existing aggregate outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans, and (b) when used with reference to any single Lender, the then existing outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans advanced by such Lender.

  • Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage means, as to any Revolving Credit Lender at any time, the ratio of (a) the amount of the Revolving Credit Commitment of such Revolving Credit Lender to (b) the Revolving Credit Commitment of all the Revolving Credit Lenders.

  • Revolving Credit Committed Amount has the meaning described in Section 2.1.1 (Revolving Credit Facility).

  • Revolving Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a).

  • Revolving Loan Exposure means, with respect to any Revolving Lender, as of any date of determination (a) prior to the termination of the Revolver Commitments, the amount of such Lender’s Revolver Commitment, and (b) after the termination of the Revolver Commitments, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Revolving Loans of such Lender.

  • Revolving Loan Commitment Percentage means, as to any Lender, (a) on the Closing Date, the percentage set forth opposite such Lender’s name on the Commitment Annex under the column “Revolving Loan Commitment Percentage” (if such Lender’s name is not so set forth thereon, then, on the Closing Date, such percentage for such Lender shall be deemed to be zero), and (b) on any date following the Closing Date, the percentage equal to the Revolving Loan Commitment Amount of such Lender on such date divided by the Revolving Loan Commitment on such date.

  • Swingline Loans as defined in Section 2.6.

  • Revolving Credit Percentage as to any Revolving Credit Lender at any time, the percentage which such Lender's Revolving Credit Commitment then constitutes of the Total Revolving Credit Commitments (or, at any time after the Revolving Credit Commitments shall have expired or terminated, the percentage which the aggregate principal amount of such Lender's Revolving Credit Loans then outstanding constitutes of the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Credit Loans then outstanding).

  • Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Multicurrency Commitments.

  • LC Obligations means, as at any date of determination, the aggregate amount available to be drawn under all outstanding Letters of Credit plus the aggregate of all Unreimbursed Amounts, including all L/C Borrowings. For purposes of computing the amount available to be drawn under any Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.06. For all purposes of this Agreement, if on any date of determination a Letter of Credit has expired by its terms but any amount may still be drawn thereunder by reason of the operation of Rule 3.14 of the ISP, such Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be “outstanding” in the amount so remaining available to be drawn.

  • Revolving Dollar Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Dollar Commitments.

  • Revolving Loan Obligations means any Obligations with respect to the Revolving Loans (including without limitation, the principal thereof, the interest thereon, and the fees and expenses specifically related thereto).

  • Revolving Credit Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the Termination Date.
