Swingline Loans definition

Swingline Loans as defined in Section 2.6.
Swingline Loans means the swingline loans made to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.04.
Swingline Loans has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.1(b).

Examples of Swingline Loans in a sentence

  • The Borrower shall repay to the Swingline Lender, on the Swingline Maturity Date, the then outstanding Swingline Loans.

  • If the reallocation described in clause (a)(iv) above cannot, or can only partially, be effected, the Borrower shall, without prejudice to any right or remedy available to them hereunder or under applicable law, (x) first, prepay Swingline Loans in an amount equal to the Swingline Lenders’ Fronting Exposure and (y) second, Cash Collateralize the Letter of Credit Issuers’ Fronting Exposure in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 3.8.

  • The use of proceeds of the Loans, Letters of Credit and/or Swingline Loans will not result in a violation of the Patriot Act or any Anti-Money Laundering Laws, Sanctions or Anti-Corruption Laws in any material respect.

  • Each such notice shall specify (x) the aggregate principal amount of the Swingline Loans to be made pursuant to such Borrowing and (y) the date of Borrowing (which shall be a Business Day).

  • This Section 2.6(a) shall not apply to Swingline Loans, which may not be converted or continued.
