Retiree Medical Plan definition

Retiree Medical Plan means the Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated Medical Benefits Plan for Retired Employees.

Retiree Medical Plan means the portion of the BakerCorp Welfare Benefit Plan that provides retiree medical and dental benefits, specifically (i) the retiree medical benefits described in the BakerCorp Choice POS II Medical Plan – Retiree Plan summary plan description as of July 1, 2010 and (ii) the retiree dental benefits provided to “Retired Employees” (as such term is defined therein) as described in the certificate of coverage from Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Group Policy No. TM 05595646-G, effective November 1, 2009.

Retiree Medical Plan means Supplement A to the Marconi Total Rewards Plan.

• A Selectline Participant who has satisfied the eligibility requirements for medical coverage under the Retiree Medical Plan on the Date of Termination shall be eligible to elect coverage thereunder in accordance with the terms of the Retiree Medical Plan.

• Following the one-year period, the Benefits 2000 Participant shall not be permitted to elect coverage, or be covered, under the Retiree Medical Plan.

In the event that the Plan is terminated without a successor plan being substituted for the Retiree Medical Plan, then in such event, for purposes of this Agreement only, Mxxxx (and his eligible dependents) shall be provided with individual medical coverage which, at a minimum, will be comparable to the medical coverage provided, or which would have been provided to Mxxxx under the terms of the Retiree Medical Plan, and which shall satisfy Key’s obligations with regard to Section 7.1, Section 7.2 and Section 7.3 hereof.

Retiree Medical Plan means any medical and/or dental insurance benefit plan established by the Company for the benefit of any group of employees (including covered dependents) who retire from employment with the Company under the terms and conditions specified by such plan.
