Examples of Date of Termination in a sentence
For purposes of implementing the foregoing, the date on which any such succession becomes effective shall be deemed the Date of Termination.
Amounts which are vested benefits or which the Executive is otherwise entitled to receive under any plan or program of the Company or any of its affiliated companies at or subsequent to the Date of Termination shall be payable in accordance with such plan or program.
If the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated for any reason, the Company shall pay or provide to the Executive (or to the Executive’s authorized representative or estate) any earned but unpaid Base Salary, unpaid expense reimbursements, and vested employee benefits, each as of the Date of Termination (as defined below).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the Executive gives a Notice of Termination to the Company, the Company may unilaterally accelerate the Date of Termination and such acceleration shall not result in the termination being deemed a termination by the Company for purposes of this Agreement.
If, during the Employment Period, the Executive’s employment shall be terminated due to the Executive giving a Non-Renewal Notice, the Company shall pay the Executive all Base Salary and benefits to which the Executive is entitled pursuant to Section 6 through the Date of Termination and the Accrued Obligations.
