Bidder’s Relevant Entity, members, employees and professional advisors shall not be entitled to, either in whole or in part; copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise make available to any other party the Confidential Information without the prior written consent of the cidb.
The Confidential Information provided by the cidb may be made available to a Bidder’s Relevant Entity, members, employees and professional advisors who are directly involved in the appraisal of such information (who must be made aware of the obligation of confidentiality).
