Investment Grade definition

Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); and the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.
Investment Grade means a rating of BBB- or better by Fitch (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Fitch), Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s) and a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P) or the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.
Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Xxxxx’x (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Xxxxx’x); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); or the equivalent Investment Grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.

Examples of Investment Grade in a sentence

  • If, as of the last day of the most recent fiscal quarter then ended, Borrower does not have an Investment Grade Rating and the Leverage Ratio is greater than fifty -five percent (55%), then until Borrower delivers a Compliance Certificate pursuant to Section 6.1(g) reflecting that the Leverage Ratio is equal to or less than fifty-five percent (55%), Borrower shall not permit the aggregate outstanding amount of all Borrowing Base Debt to, at any time, exceed the Borrowing Base.

  • If, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter ending during an Investment Grade Period, the Borrower does not have an Investment Grade Rating from at least two of Xxxxx’x, S&P and Fitch, the Borrower will not permit the PV-9 Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of such fiscal quarter, to be less than 1.50 to 1.00; provided that, if the Borrower does have an Investment Grade Rating from at least two of Xxxxx’x, S&P and Fitch as of such date, this Section 9.01(c) shall not apply as of such date.
