Port Regulations definition

Port Regulations means the Regulations that the Minister of Transport promulgated in the Government Gazette, 23 November 2007.

Port Regulations means any and all requirements, rules, conditions, policies and regulations of the PRPA or any other Governmental Authority having jurisdiction.
