Regulation 32 of the 2012 Regulations prescribes a further Basic Condition for a neighbourhood plan.
Under paragraph (3), for the purposes of determining whether the child tax credit provisions apply, by virtue of paragraph 6(1B) of Schedule 1 to the 2012 Regulations, where the person or the person’s partner is responsible for one or more protected individuals, the total amount that would be included in the applicable amount under the default provisions shall be taken to be the total that would be included under paragraphs (4), (6) and (8).
The Plan complies with all other relevant legal requirements, including in the 2004 Act (as amended) and the 2012 Regulations.
In the 2012 Regulations, asbestos is defined as any of the following minerals, "crocidolite, amosite, chrysotile, anthophyllite, actinolite, tremolite or any mixture containing any of the said materials".
It should, however, be noted that the 2012 Regulations only apply to Executive meetings.
