Personal Data Controller means a person or juristic person who has decision-making powers to collect, use and disclose of personal data which, according to this policy, is KOBELCO CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY SOUTHEAST ASIA CO., LTD. and hereinafter shall be referred to as “the company”.
