Participating Company definition

Participating Company means the Company or any Parent Corporation or Subsidiary Corporation.
Participating Company means (i) the Company and (ii) each present or future Subsidiary designated by the Committee as a Participating Company.
Participating Company means the Company or any Parent Corporation or Subsidiary Corporation designated by the Board as a corporation the Employees of which may, if Eligible Employees, participate in the Plan. The Board shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine from time to time which Parent Corporations or Subsidiary Corporations shall be Participating Companies.

  • The purpose of the Plan is to advance the interests of the Participating Company Group and its stockholders by providing an incentive to attract, retain and reward persons performing services for the Participating Company Group and by motivating such persons to contribute to the growth and profitability of the Participating Company Group.
