New Employer definition

New Employer means, after a Change in Control, a Participant’s employer, or any direct or indirect parent or any direct or indirect majority-owned subsidiary of such employer.

More Definitions of New Employer

New Employer means the Grantee's employer, or the parent or a subsidiary of such employer, immediately following a Change in Control.
