Examples of Maturity Date in a sentence
Borrowers promise to pay all of the Obligations (including principal, interest, premiums, if any, fees, costs, and expenses (including Lender Group Expenses)) in full on the Maturity Date or, if earlier, on the date on which the Obligations (other than the Bank Product Obligations) become due and payable pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
All unpaid principal and interest that remains due on the Maturity Date hereof will cease to be owed and the Agency will owe no additional money after the Maturity Date hereof.
At any time prior to the Maturity Date, subject to Section 6.3, the Borrower may elect to repay without penalty any Prime Rate Loan or US Base Rate Loan outstanding under the Credit Facility with interest accrued to the date of such repayment.
