Final Maturity Date means November 15, 2029.

If more than one Series of Ordinary Notes has the same Maturity Date and the relevant Series each has an Extended Final Maturity Date specified in the applicable Final Terms then available monies will be applied by the Issuer to partially redeem each such Series of Ordinary Notes on a pro rata basis.
Interest will continue to accrue on any unpaid amount and will be payable on each Interest Payment Date falling after the Maturity Date up to (and including) the Extended Final Maturity Date.

Final Maturity Date means the date that (i) is one hundred eighty (180) days following the Scheduled Termination Date or (ii) such earlier date on which the Loans become due and payable pursuant to Section 9.01.
