Loan Document definition

Loan Document means this Agreement, each Note, each Letter of Credit Document, the Guaranty and each other document or instrument now or hereafter executed and delivered by a Loan Party in connection with, pursuant to or relating to this Agreement.
Loan Document means this Agreement, each Note, the Guaranty, each Letter of Credit Document and each other document or instrument now or hereafter executed and delivered by a Loan Party in connection with, pursuant to or relating to this Agreement (other than the Fee Letter and any Specified Derivatives Contract).
Loan Document. This Amendment is a Loan Document and all references to a “Loan Document” in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents (including, without limitation, all such references in the representations and warranties in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents) shall be deemed to include this Amendment.

  • If any payment under any Loan Document shall be due on a day that is not a Business Day, the date for payment shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day, and, in the case of any payment accruing interest, interest thereon shall be payable for the period of such extension.

  • In connection with the use, administration, adoption or implementation of a Benchmark Replacement, the Administrative Agent, in consultation with the Borrower, will have the right to make Conforming Changes from time to time and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, any amendments implementing such Conforming Changes will become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement or any other Loan Document.

  • Any reference to “payment in full”, “paid in full”, “repaid in full”, “prepaid in full”, “redeemed in full” or any other term or word of similar effect used in this Agreement or any other Loan Document with respect to the Loans or the Obligations shall mean all Obligations (including any Make Whole/Prepayment Fee Amount but excluding any inchoate indemnity obligations) have been repaid in full in cash and have been fully performed and all Commitments have been permanently terminated.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, upon the occurrence of a Benchmark Transition Event, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower may amend this Agreement to replace the then-current Benchmark with a Benchmark Replacement.


More Definitions of Loan Document

Loan Document has the meaning specified therefor in the Credit Agreement.
Loan Document means any one of the Loan Documents.
Loan Document means this Agreement, any Guaranty, the Account Pledge Agreement, the Collateral Assignment, the Loan Party Security Agreement, the Parent Pledge Agreement, any Mortgage, the Perfection Certificate, the Subordination Agreement and any other agreement, instrument and other document executed and delivered pursuant hereto or thereto or otherwise evidencing or securing any Secured Obligation.
Loan Document means any of this Agreement, the Notes (if any), the Security Documents, the Fee Letter and all other certificates, documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by a Credit Party for the benefit of Administrative Agent or any Lender in connection herewith.
Loan Document means this Agreement, the Security Agreement, any other Security Documents, any Guaranty, any Note, the Intercompany Subordination Agreement, any Joinder Agreement, any Mortgage, the Fee Letter, and any other agreement, instrument, certificate, report and other document executed and delivered pursuant hereto or thereto or otherwise evidencing or securing any Loan, any Letter of Credit Obligation or any other Obligation; provided, however, that for purposes of Section 9.01 [Events of Default] hereof, no Bank Product Agreement shall constitute a Loan Document.
Loan Document means this Agreement, each Note, the Guaranty and each other document or instrument now or hereafter executed and delivered by a Loan Party in connection with, pursuant to or relating to this Agreement.
