Borrower Loan Documents definition

Borrower Loan Documents shall have the meaning given such term in the Borrower Loan Agreement.
Borrower Loan Documents means this Borrower Loan Agreement, the Construction Funding Agreement, the Borrower Notes, the Security Instrument, the Agreement of Environmental Indemnification, the Replacement Reserve Agreement, the Guaranty, the Contingency Draw Down Agreement, and all other documents or agreements evidencing or relating to the Borrower Loan.

Borrower Loan Documents means the Loan Documents to which the Borrower is a party.
