Investment Elections definition

Investment Elections means any elections which the Owner has under the Policy to invest the Cash Surrender Value.

Examples of Investment Elections in a sentence

  • Investment Elections will continue in effect until changed by the Participant.

  • Any such changed Investment Election may result in amending Investment Elections for prior deferrals or for future deferrals or both.

  • The Administrative Committee shall have complete discretion to adopt and revise procedures to be followed in making such Investment Elections.

  • A Participant may request a change to his/her Deemed Investment Elections for future amounts allocated to his/her Directed Investment Subaccount and amounts already allocated to his/her Directed Investment Subaccount.
