Inventory Certificate definition

Inventory Certificate means a ship-specific certificate that is issued to ships flying the flag of a Member State in accordance with Article 9 and that is supplemented by an inventory of hazardous materials in accordance with Article 5;
Inventory Certificate means the certificate, in such form as Factor may prescribe from time to time substantially with appropriate insertions, to be submitted to Factor by Client pursuant to this Agreement and certified as true and correct by the Chief Executive Officer or the Chief Financial Officer of Client.
Inventory Certificate means a certificate, signed by a Financial Officer of the Administrative Borrower, in the form of Exhibit F or another form which is acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

Inventory Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(a) of this Agreement.
