Initial Interest Period definition

Initial Interest Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1.
Initial Interest Period means the initial Interest Period following the Closing Date which shall be for a period commencing on October 23, 2020 and ending on October 30, 2020.
Initial Interest Period means the first Interest Period, which shall begin on (and include) the Issue Date and end on (but exclude) the First Payment Date.

Examples of Initial Interest Period in a sentence

  • After the Initial Interest Period, each interest accrual period thereafter (each, an “Interest Period”) shall commence on the fifteenth (15th) calendar day of a calendar month and ending on (and including) the fourteenth (14th) calendar day of the following calendar month.

  • After the Initial Interest Period, each interest accrual period thereafter (each, an “Interest Period”) shall commence on the sixth (6th) day of each calendar month during the Term and shall end on and include the fifth (5th) day of the next occurring calendar month.

More Definitions of Initial Interest Period

Initial Interest Period means, in respect of a Variable Rate Note:
Initial Interest Period means the period starting on the Interest Commencement Date until (but excluding) the First Reset Date;
Initial Interest Period means the period from (and including) the Interest Commencement Date to (but excluding) the Interest Reset Date.
Initial Interest Period means, the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the day immediately preceding the first (1st) day of the first (1st) full month following the date hereof.
