Issue Date definition

Issue Date means the date on which the Notes are originally issued.

Issue Date means the date set forth in Item 3 of Schedule A hereto.

Issue Date means the Issue Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

Examples of Issue Date in a sentence

• For all purposes hereof and the Intercreditor Agreements, the Issuer hereby designates the Obligations pursuant to the Credit Agreements as in effect on the Issue Date as First Priority Lien Obligations and designates the Note Obligations as First Priority Lien Obligations (as defined in each Existing Second Priority Notes Indenture).

• The Issuer may from time to time after the Issue Date issue Additional Securities under this Indenture in an unlimited principal amount, so long as (i) the Incurrence of the Indebtedness represented by such Additional Securities is at such time permitted by Section 4.12 and (ii) such Additional Securities are issued in compliance with the other applicable provisions of this Indenture.

Issue Date means, with respect to any Series of Securities, the date on which the Securities of such Series are originally issued under this Indenture.

Issue Date means the date of initial issuance of the Securities pursuant to this Indenture.

Issue Date of any Security means the date on which the Security was originally issued or deemed issued as set forth on the face of the Security.
