Horizontal Improvements definition

Horizontal Improvements means permits have been issued and construction has commenced on grading of the land, installation of utilities including, but not limited to, water, sewer, and power, and the installation of paving, curbs and gutters, which are substantially complete.
Horizontal Improvements means all utilities, including water and sewer, located on real property together with a dedicated roadway built in material compliance with applicable governmental regulations, all over rights-of-way dedicated to the applicable Governmental Authority and any private roadways otherwise built by the Property Owners in compliance with and permitted under all applicable Laws.
Horizontal Improvements means grading, installation of utilities including, but not limited to, water, sewer, and power lines, and paving, curbs and gutters.

Horizontal Improvements means utilities, including water and sewer, curbs, gutters, stormwater detention structures and dedicated roadways built in material compliance with and permitted under applicable laws and regulations all constructed within easements or rights-of-way dedicated or granted to the applicable Governmental Authority, utility company or created or reserved pursuant to a declaration of easements or similar instrument.
Horizontal Improvements means (i) those certain improvements on the Borrower Real Property (or beyond the boundaries thereof to the extent required by the Entitlements) for the development of the Borrower Real Property as Units or Amenities (including curbs, grading, storm and sanitary sewers, paving, sidewalks, landscaping, hardscaping, sprinklers, electric lines, gas lines, telephone lines, cable television lines, fiber optic lines, pipelines and other utilities) necessary to make the Borrower Real Property suitable for Vertical Construction of Units or Amenities, and (ii) any common area improvements to be constructed on the Borrower Real Property (or beyond the boundaries thereof to the extent required by the Entitlements) or to obtain the Entitlements for the development of the Borrower Real Property as Units or Amenities, all built by the Borrower in compliance with and permitted under all applicable Laws and Entitlements.
Horizontal Improvements means the Infrastructure and all other Improvements required to be constructed by the Developer under the terms of the DDA.
Horizontal Improvements means those improvements identified in the Horizontal DDA constructed or to be constructed by Developer pursuant to the Horizontal DDA.
