Examples of Governmental Charges in a sentence
If PGE is required by Law or regulation to remit or pay Governmental Charges which are Seller’s responsibility hereunder, PGE may invoice Seller for the amount of any such Governmental Charges or, in its sole discretion, deduct the amount of any such Governmental Charges from the sums due to Seller under ARTICLE 7Article 7 of this Agreement.
In the event Seller is required by Law or regulation to remit or pay Governmental Charges which are PGE’s responsibility hereunder, PGE shall promptly reimburse Seller for such Governmental Charges.
PGE shall pay or cause to be paid all Governmental Charges on or with respect to the Products at and from the Generating Facility Delivery Point or Storage Facility Point of Delivery, as applicable (other than those related to the sale of the Products, which are the responsibility of Seller).
Nothing in this Agreement shall obligate or cause a Party to pay or be liable to pay any Governmental Charges for which it is exempt under the Law.
