Additional Charges definition

Additional Charges. As defined in Section 3.3.
Additional Charges shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.3.
Additional Charges means Charges which may be made (in addition to the Annual Support Charge) for additional services supplied pursuant to condition 6.3.3;

Examples of Additional Charges in a sentence

  • Fixed Minimum Rent and all Additional Charges shall be abated during any period that Landlord requires Tenant to cease conducting business in connection with the relocation of the Premises.

  • If such notice is given, this Lease shall terminate as of the date of such notice, and Fixed Minimum Rent and Additional Charges shall be adjusted as of the date of such termination.

  • In the event of any remodeling pursuant to this Section 3.6, Landlord shall repair any damage to the Premises caused thereby, and in the event of any reduction in the area of the Premises, Fixed Minimum Rent and all Additional Charges shall be appropriately (based on the manner the same are calculated hereunder) reduced.

  • Such Additional Charges shall be subject to all provisions of this Lease and shall be deemed included as part of Rents due and owing hereunder.

  • Fixed Minimum Rent and all Additional Charges shall be abated during any such period that Landlord requires Tenant to cease conducting business.

Additional Charges shall have the meaning given such term in SECTION 3.1.3.
Additional Charges. All amounts that become payable by Tenant to Landlord hereunder other than the Fixed Rent.
Additional Charges means Tax Payments, Operating Payments and all other sums of money, other than Fixed Rent, at any time payable by Tenant under this Lease, all of which Additional Charges shall be deemed to be rent.

Additional Charges means costs, fees, charges and expenditures, including without limitation, attorneys' fees, late charges, interest and recording and filing fees actually incurred by the Association in collecting and/or enforcing payment of assessments, fines and/or penalties.
Additional Charges means all fees payable by Customer to Qubit in addition to the Subscription Fees, each as set out in the Sales Order Form.
