Funding Loan Documents definition

Funding Loan Documents means (i) this Funding Loan Agreement, (ii) the Borrower Loan Agreement, (iii) the Regulatory Agreement, (iv) the Tax Certificate, (v) the Borrower Loan Documents, (vi) all other documents evidencing, securing, governing or otherwise pertaining to the Funding Loan, and (vii) all amendments, modifications, renewals and substitutions of any of the foregoing.

Funding Loan Documents means (i) this Funding Loan Agreement, (ii) the Borrower Loan Agreement, (iii) the Governmental Lender Note, (iv) the Regulatory Agreement,(v) the Tax Certificate, (vi) the Borrower Loan Documents, (vii) all other documents evidencing, securing, governing or otherwise pertaining to the Funding Loan, including any subordination agreements related thereto, and (viii) all amendments, modifications, renewals and substitutions of any of the foregoing.

Funding Loan Documents shall have the meaning given to that term in the Funding Loan Agreement.

Examples of Funding Loan Documents in a sentence

• The rights, remedies and options of the Holder under this Governmental Lender Note and the Funding Loan Documents are and shall be cumulative and are in addition to all of the rights, remedies and options of the Holder at law or in equity or under any other agreement.
